No refunds, no exchanges, but we can reschedule your visit within the same season (no carry-over to the following season).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the weather conditions are suitable for you before purchasing your tickets.

If, exceptionally, weather conditions do not allow the Domaine to be opened, your ticket will remain valid for a later date.

Please note: all activities such as skating, hebertism and climbing involve inherent risks. Domaine Enchanteur and Domaine de la Forêt Perdue accept no responsibility for these risks.
